Arlington’s Aging and Disability Resource Center is the county’s front door for older adult services, and Alexandria’s Division of Aging and Adult Services plays the same role. Falls Church residents can start with city Aging Services. Thrive at Home is separate from these offices and covers the non-medical hours at home.
